Our solution
Whilst there are many great event spaces with capacity for such a group in London, we wanted to provide something truly unique, as the client was presenting future trends and forward-thinking predictions for the industry.
The Violin Factory in London is one such venue, an architect’s home once featured on Grand Designs, this incredible space is hidden through an innocuous looking garage door in Waterloo and only available for a handful of events each year.
We dressed the space with oversized seasonal floral displays to bring colour to the room and dress the entrance hall, using clear seating so as not to crowd the space.
Using draping to ‘hide’ the kitchen area, we prepared chef’s table of cocktail ingredients with min stations for each brand. After the grand presentations the curtains came back to reveal this interactive area to the guests – who were invited to build a personal drink with brand ambassadors and our experienced bar team on hand to advise and create!
An additional bar in the entrance produced high-end concept cocktails; such as a balloon, with drops of essential oil, that pops above your drink to add a further dimension of scent and a pre-mixed hipflask on dry ice brought to life with earl grey tea.
