First Aid
Our medical partners are one of a very small number of independent UK companies with the experience and expertise to plan and provide medical support services at large licensed events. The Event Safety Guide (HMSO) states that event organisers must ensure “a competent organisation” is appointed to manage medical services at an event, and that this organisation “should be experienced in the medical management of similar events”. We can provide a single equipped medic for small low risk events, or complete medical centres, ambulances, paramedics, nurses & doctors for larger events.
Ancillary Equipment
All manner of ancillary equipment can be provided to include:
- Furniture, including a wide range of banqueting, exhibition, tiered grandstand seating & event chairs
- Tables for banqueting, ‘al fresco’ dining, catering preparation, exhibitions and hospitality use
- Linen – table top or chair covers in a vast range of styles
- Cloakroom facilities
Staffing
General: With large scale events, involving potentially large numbers, it is necessary to have the sufficient number of event management & production staff working to cover the many and varied duties on the day. The duties for the day are allocated on a rotation basis with each staff member in radio contact to deal with any matters that need to be dealt with more urgently. We work to the set guidelines of the NOEA which in the case of staffing are: “Adequate staff must be provided to supervise preparation of the site and to ensure that adequate controls are exercised before, during and between any or all events.”
Security: For all major events it is felt necessary to employ a specialist firm to organise and monitor security of the site. They are members of the relevant Security Association, and wear distinctive markings or uniforms. Supervision of site surrounds and the monitoring of fences, gates and access points is an essential part of the overall security arrangements.
Car Parking: In conjunction with our professional car-parking contractor, we would recommend the correct level of parking marshals and management to adequately cope with the potential number of cars arriving on site.
Temporary Facilities
Toilets/Showers/Washrooms: We will recommend a wide range of temporary toilets, shower facilities and washrooms for your specific requirements. These can range from deluxe units for VIP hospitality events or standard units for large-scale family days.
Cabins: Supplied for temporary office use on site, for storage, staffing canteens, ticketing offices and personnel meeting rooms.
Accommodation: Sleeper units are ideal for events and projects where overnight accommodation is needed for a short or long term period.
Hospitality units: Hospitality units provide a professional, comfortable environment to entertain guests and set up displays. These units can cater for every eventuality when it comes to your company projecting the professional image to intended customers.
Kitchens & Refrigeration: Production kitchens, preparation units and portable cold-rooms/freezers suitable for events of any size
Temporary Site Supplies
Power: We will advise on all aspects of temporary electricity supply via generator together with distribution panels, power extension leads, approved bundied fuel storage tanks, automatic start panels and synchronizing panels.
Water: Temporary supplies for caterers, shower units and site
Climate Control: Heating & air-conditioning depending on time of year.

Crèche
Our crèche staff are selected and trained not only for their ability to work with and entertain children, but also just as importantly for their ability to relate to the rest of your visitors or guests. They are bright, attractive and personable, in exhibitions and at events they additionally work as promotion staff and as hosts. All are fully qualified, Police & Ofsted checked & come with a variety of basic unbranded uniform styles.
