Resources and manpower for your project
One of the directors from Effective Event Solutions will personally supervise the project with the back-up of one or more members of the sales support/operations team on a day-to-day basis. In terms of resource and manpower for implementing the project we work with professionals in their varying fields who can provide a creative and cost effective solution to each element of the event. For example Audio Visual, Lighting, Special effects, Sound, Theming and Decoration, Choreography for cabaret/dancers, tentage, food and beverage co-ordination, accommodation, staging and set design, post conference entertainment and full support facilities. The amount of time spent on a project of this nature to ensure an effective memorable event is considerable. The benefit of using an event management company above all is to free up your time to concentrate on other areas relating to the event rather than the time consuming organisational aspects.
Our flexibility in the kitchen provides a wide range of tastes to tickle the palate, sourcing the best ingredients from across the globe whether it be a luxury barbecue, a sumptuous dinner feast, traditional black tie tasting menu or a picnic in the woods for the children! Our range of chefs would be delighted to cater for any specific tastes you might have, and during the planning process we often offer to prepare a tasting to assist in deciding on your final menu. Integral to the success of the party are the carefully selected personnel and professionalism of our experienced staff, from chefs, silver service waiting and flair bar staff through to cloakroom and security.
Flowers and floral props add not only the finishing touch to your party but also the initial visual impact to inspire your guests as they arrive. Effective Event Solutions can provide incredible floral displays designed by renowned leading florists, stunning table centres, unusual plants, trees and classic topiary, a variety of containers plus an array of drapes and linings to complement.
Decorations and Entertainment
We can recommend a wide range of themes and ‘looks’ for your special evening. The contemporary or novelty approach is often preferred as there may be an argument to suggest that the traditional ball has been done before? For example the atmosphere of dining in a snowy ice palace in the middle of an alpine forest could be created through the use of specialist draping, UV lighting, designed stage set, themed bars, weird and wonderful entertainers etc. We can provide and set up any level of decoration. A mixture of traditional features such as close-up magicians, live band and disco plus costumed themed characters, contemporary stilt walkers to greet guests, aerial acts, themed beverage bars, specialist cocktail & spirit bars and if budget allows a specially choreographed show.
With most event management contracts we operate an ‘open book’ cost schedule whereby each and every individual cost element is laid out in a detailed spreadsheet. These costs are negotiated and net to us in order for our clients to know exactly where their budget has been directed. We will then charge a management fee, entirely based on the estimated time involved to implement the project and the number of guests.
