Music legends U2 have announced a new Europe and North America Tour for 2015! Effective Event Solutions are delighted to offer corporate hospitality at U2 Tour ‘s UK dates.

U2 will play four massive nights at London’s O2 Arena, and two dates at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro.

London – O2 Arena

Sunday 25th, Monday 26th, Thursday 29th and Friday 30th October 2015

Glasgow – SSE Hydro

Friday 6th and Saturday 7th November 2015

Corporate Hospitality: Premium VIP Party package* @ £420 + VAT per person will include:

  • Reserved top priced seated ticket
  • 3 course sit down meal (at Gaucho in the O2 / private venue in Glasgow) starting 2.5 hours before the show
  • Complimentary bar (excluding champgane) at pre-show
  • 1 hour Post show party with cash bar

  • Commemorative tour laminate
  • Entry into a draw for a pre-show backstage tour

Corporate Hospitality: VIP Party package* @ £400 + VAT per person will include:

  • Two hour pre show party in a private venue at the O2 arena
  • Selection of food platters served during the pre-show party
  • Complimentary bar (excluding champgane) at pre-show
  • 1 hour Post show party with cash bar
  • Club DJ
  • Merchandise item designed and created exclusively for package purchasers
  • Commemorative tour laminate
  • Entry into a draw for a pre-show backstage tour

Cocktail events at V&A Museum, London

London’s iconic museums are wonderful event venues, perhaps none more so than the beautiful Victoria and Albert Museum. Here you are welcomed by a soaring ceiling of the dome which is home to Dale Chihuly’s extraordinary glass sculpture.

Recently the Effective Event Solutions team were over at the V&A Museum running the cocktail bar for the Walpole British Luxury Awards.

In fitting with the colours of the huge glass artwork we brought in a yellow backlit bar and branded the panels with company logos for Balvenie whisky, Hendrick’s Gin and Reyka vodka.

Our experienced mixologists served a classic Hendrick’s Gin and tonic, a sumptuous Balvenie Trip; Balvenie 12yr old doublewood whisky with fig syrup and bitters and the Reyka Cold Snap Cosmo; an invigorating blend of Solerno blood orange liquer, fresh blood orange juice and lime.
